Preferred Implementation Delivery Vendor In Child Support

Courtland Consulting is a social change leader and nationally recognized as the top system delivery vendor for child support projects. We are efficient and passionate about delivering consulting services that meet the needs of our clients and ultimately helps the well-being of children and their families. Our focus has been on the delivery of new technology to the end users at the county and state level. We prepare the users for the changes that latest child support systems introduce to your user community.

A statewide system implementation cannot be considered successful if the system users do not embrace and use the new system and business processes to carry out the mission of their program. Courtland’s implementation approach is user-focused. We understand the business impact, benefits and challenges that a new child support system introduces to the system users.

Our services includes nationwide technical and business staff augmentation for temporary and permanent placement, which includes project management, business analysis, policy analysis, testing, data mapping and conversion, system deployment, project evaluation, training, web design, technical writing, help desk, and customer support.

Proven System Implementation Approach

System implementation starts with a comprehensive change management plan. The Courtland Team creates a culture within the organization for acceptance and management of change that will remain with the stakeholders and organization after the project is completed. We use proven key best practices for tools, processes, and protocols for internal and external communications and an all-inclusive implementation plan. Our team has the foresight and knowledge to identify issues, problems and concerns that need addressing prior to implementation, and strategies to manage and minimize risk.

There are four main factors to ensure total project readiness for system implementation: Conversion and Data, Application and Technical, Organizational, and User.
