Comprehensive System Training & Support
System training is further user-focused and an integrated process that links change management, communication, and project readiness for your child support program. Courtland translates procedures and work flow functions from the old system to the new system through training and support to prepare users to perform their jobs efficiently when the system goes live.
Courtland’s implementation team provides an all-inclusive training methodology. Our trainers initially manages, facilitates and conducts training for the system user community and gradually transitions the responsibilities to State trainers as necessary. Training services may include: training plan, resource website or learning management system, training material development (class curriculum, manuals, and elearning modules), instructor-led courses and training reports.
Courtland’s user support model includes personal guidance to troubleshoot incidents prior to requesting Help Desk support. We also can function as a liaison between the project management office (PMO) and users. Support services may include: onsite support, help desk, triage team, training support, and remote support.
