Engaging & Interactive eLearning
ELearning can be developed as a standalone project or in combination with in-person classroom training. Your eLearning solution can be delivered using multiple media formats and different types of interactivity to ensure learner engagement for a successful training program and/or system implementation. We use all the key elements for interactive learning, including: graphics, text, voice narration, animation, digital video, games, and simulations combine to provide a multi-sensory learning experience that transfers knowledge more effectively than typical classroom training.
Tracking training activities and testing against the information learned is a key element to effectively measuring training. Courtland works with many training learning management systems (LMS) allowing us to adapt to what works best with your project. We can assist you with implementing your training projects into an LMS to track participant course activities, progress and reporting. Self-check quizzes and end-of-lesson testing are usually built into the LMS platform or we can custom code these tools to provide your employees with timely interactive feedback to ensure the retention of critical information. Badges or certificates may be incorporated for completion tracking and as learner rewards.
