  • Creation and delivery of the survey(s) using an online survey tool.
  • User experience research of website layout, navigation, and overall usability of competitor websites.
  • Conduct heat mapping of the current site to determine popular user actions.
  • Analysis of client Google Analytics statistics and Heat Map findings.
  • Review and compile results from the survey, Google Analytics, heat mapping, and competitive research to determine website redesign recommendations.
  • Report of survey results and recommendations will be provided to the client based on today’s web usability and accessibility standards.
