  • During implementation of the firewall, pages will be set to 0- or 5-minute caching. Courtland will work with the client to determine the best caching settings for each page.
  • Sucuri Firewall’s monthly fees will be paid directly to Sucuri.
  • Note: This is a third-party service and it is subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of Sucuri https://sucuri.net/terms.
  • Courtland offers discount website support packages. The hours can be used for any website help desk support tickets. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and these packages do not expire. A summary of hours used will be provided monthly.
  • Website help desk support is defined as: general phone support services, email support services, hosting support services, assistance with content updates to pages or files, editing of site menu navigation, adding or editing online forms and modules, payment gateway updates or changes, web design, graphic design, web development, application programming, application integration services, security patches, and training assistance.
  • The Content Management System package is license-free, open-source software. However, open-source third-party software requires platform maintenance to keep up to date with release system upgrades that provide the latest version of the software program. The Courtland Team will keep your organization informed of security patches and software version upgrade releases. Courtland does not have any control over when security patches and software version upgrades are released, nor do we have control of what will be included in any third-party software upgrades. Platform maintenance upgrades can vary in work effort depending on the complexity of that specific upgrade. We recommend budgeting for at least one upgrade on an annual basis. Additional upgrades may be necessary if there is an emergency system patch release that is critical.  This occurs rarely but when it does, the Courtland Team will coordinate implementing the software update immediately with the customer. A cost estimate will be provided to the client prior to the annual upgrade and the upgrade can be scheduled at the client’s convenience.
